Seminar: Problems of the World Literature

| History | The scientific seminar of the World Literature Department was founded in 1997. Scientific supervisors: PhD, Associate Professor Yarema Ivanovych Kravets (“Problems of the World Literature”, 1997–2010), Doctor of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Lidiya Vasylivna Matsevko-Bekerska (“Current Problems of National Literatures and Literary Criticism Studies”, 2010–2014; “Problems of the World Literature” from 2015). Scholars and professors, researches of world literature history, theory of literature and world literature teaching methods take part in the seminar. Postgraduate students and external PhD students of the World Literature Department as well as of the other departments of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and other educational institutions, students actively participate in it. Since January, 1st 2002 the seminar has gained the status “Interuniversity Scientific Seminar” |
