Philologist, specialist in English language and literature, Associate Professor of Department of Foreign Languages for Humanities of the Ivan Franko National University of L’viv.
Graduated from English philology department of faculty of philology of Dnipropetrovs’k State University (1975 – 1980). 1997 – 2000 – a postgraduate student of the Ivan Franko National University of L’viv.
Attended the courses “Teaching language through computer technologies” and “Academic Writing” in 2002 and got the certificates of Oregon University.
1980 – 1991 – a translator in scientific research institute “Sirka”. Since 1991- an English teacher of the Department of Foreign Languages for Humanities of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Participated in the development of computer programs (TEMPUS – TACIS project) and new methods of teaching English (Lviv – Oregon Partnership). A member of a group of teachers creating computer programs for teaching English. Uses the elements of distant teaching with students by correspondence and teaching with the help of computer technologies with first year students of Faculty of Philology of the Ivan Franko National University of L’viv.
Was granted a probation in Oregon University (October – November 2001).
A member of international TESOL organization and Ukrainian terminology society.
