A poetry evening dedicated to the 203rd birth anniversary of Taras Shevchenko was held at the Faculty of Foreign Languages on March 22, 2017.

Plenary scientific conference of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and World Literature took place on February 7, 2017. The conference was dedicated to the memory of the famous philologist, novelist Ostap Avgustynovych Dombrovskyi (1906-1982).
