Congratulations to Tetyana Ostra, who took II place in  the Second Stage of Ukrainian Student Olympiad in “Translation (English)” held in the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (22-23.04.2015).

The students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​in Lviv University decided to devote the date of 23 to celebrate Ukrainian Embroidery.

 
Under the chairmanship of the head of students’ trade union Anna  Gerych and the head of student council Iryna Kuzyk and with the help of all interested the hallways of the Faculty were decorated with Ukrainian symbols and embroidered towels, students dressed in national costumes and in front of the university held a flashmob involving everyone.

23d April at 18.00 the First Night performance of "The Merchant of Venice" by William Shakespeare took place in the student club. The actors were students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
