Ресурсний центр було створено в 1997 році завдяки престижному міжнародному Гранту“TEMPUS-Tacis” “Прикладні іноземні мови”, здобутому факультетом на конкурсній основі.
Партнерами Гранту є: Анжуйський університет (Франція), Ліверпульській університет (Великобританія), Екстремадурський університет (Іспанія).

Всередині ресурсного центру
Автором та координатором цієї програми є професор Роман Помірко, а з боку європейських партнерів – професор Домінік Дюбуа (Франція).
Зустріч з партнерами (у центрі – Домінік Дюбуа)
Ресурсний центр створено з метою використання у навчальному процесі комп’ютерних технологій та підготовки і видання навчальних посібників.
При ресурсному центрі діє науково-методичний семінар “Новітні технології викладання іноземних мов”.
